Lemon Grove sits about 21 miles southeast of our Poway shop, a run down the 67 and 94 into the older southeast-county core. It is a small, established city, and its postwar housing keeps us busy with the kind of end-of-life replacement work that older stock inevitably brings.

Lemon Grove is one of the older postwar communities in the county, and it wears its history well — right down to the Big Lemon landmark downtown. But postwar housing means postwar HVAC realities: a lot of these systems are simply at or past the end of their useful lives.
