Same-day service in Poway & Sabre Springs — 24/7 emergency dispatch countywide.
San Diego Country Estates sits out past Ramona, roughly 30 minutes northeast of our Poway shop via SR-67 and San Vicente Road. It is a rural equestrian community of large custom homes, and the estates here often run more HVAC than a standard house.
The Estates are custom-home country. Homes here are large, spread out, and frequently built with two or more separate HVAC systems to cover different wings or floors.
That changes the service picture. When a house runs dual systems, one can fail while the other masks it, so we look at the whole home rather than chasing a single symptom.

HVAC in San Diego Country Estates: the homes we work on
These equestrian estates near the San Vicente Golf Resort and reservoir were built big and custom, which means non-standard zoning, long duct runs, and often a pair of systems sized to cover a sprawling floor plan. Replacement here is rarely a simple swap — the two systems may be different ages, sizes and efficiencies, and they have to be balanced against each other.
On these properties we also see plenty of outbuildings, barns and guest quarters that need their own cooling and heating, which is a natural fit for ductless mini-splits. Rural well water and dust mean maintenance is important across all the equipment, and we plan service so both main systems and any outbuilding units stay reliable through the hot, dry season.
Local knowledge you can see
We work the Estates around the San Vicente Golf Resort, along San Vicente Road, and near the reservoir and the Barona area. The scale of these homes means our visits often cover more than one system.
In July 2025 we were called to an estate off San Vicente Road where the master wing was warm while the rest of the house cooled fine. It was the second of two systems — its compressor had failed while the primary unit kept the main living areas comfortable and hid the problem. We replaced the failed system and balanced both so the whole home held temperature evenly.
